1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All products sold on VectorsDesign.com are digital files delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.

However, we may offer a refund or replacement in the following exceptional cases:

✅ Eligible Refund Cases

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

• You were charged twice for the same product

• The downloaded file is corrupted, damaged, or incomplete

• You have proof of non-delivery (no access or broken download link)

In such cases, we may:

• resend the correct file, or

• issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• change of mind after download

• lack of software or skills to use the file

• accidental purchase

• failure to read product description or license terms

• misuse or redistribution of files

Digital products are considered final sale once delivered.

2. Custom Services (Design, Editing, Tracing, etc.)

For custom or personalized services, refund eligibility depends on the work status:

✔ Refund May Be Considered If:

• the order is cancelled before work has started

• the delivered service does not match the agreed requirements

❌ No Refund If:

• work has already been completed and delivered correctly

• delays are caused by missing or incorrect information from the customer

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the progress of the work.

• product or service name

• reason for the request

• screenshots or proof (if applicable)

We aim to review all requests fairly and promptly.

5. Policy Abuse
